1. BDS marks sheet
2. Attempt Certificate
3. Internship Certficate
4. Age proof
5. Provisional pass certificate and Dental Council Registration

POINTS TO BE NOTED

• Preference shall be given to candicates who have passed from Dental College, RIMS, Imphal.
• No Candidate who has completed 2 years of Junior Residency shall be considered.
• No candidate who had completed internship before 1 year at the time of interview shall be considered for the first appointment.
