Applications are invited in the prescribed application form (Annex‐C) from the eligible
candidates for filling up the following posts on contractual basis initially for a period of 11 months and
subsequent renewal subject to satisfactory performance and subsistence of the programme. Salary is
NEGOTIABLE and beyond Govt. norm. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligible criteria are requested to attend the Interview for filling up the

recognized by Dental Council of India. Age up to 68 years.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Two copies of pass port size colour attested photograph to be submitted along with the

The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application :
(a) Attested photocopies of all mark sheets/certificates in proof of the claim made by the
candidate relating to his/her educational qualification.
(b) Experience certificate if any.
(c) NOC from current employer.
(d) Work certificate, date of joining & date of retrenchment from the Project
(in case of candidates who are availing benefits of previous projects etc.)
The above positions are purely temporary & can be terminated at any point of time if
Govt. fulfils the vacancy. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.

NOTE: 1. Candidate will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable.
2. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to
submit “No Objection Certificate” form the employer (appointing authority) at the time of attending the interview.

4. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information/documents,
his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for any in case already engaged on the basis of the said
information/documents, his/her service shall be terminated from the society forthwith. Candidates who have been
disengaged earlier from any Govt. Institution on administrative ground such as disobedience/poor performances/
misbehavior/criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
