Applications are invited for filling up of 01 (one) posts of SENIOR RESIDENTS (Dental) at Dr. BSA Hospital. All candidates are informed to fill the application form online by using the link provided in this advertisement. Selection will be purely on the merit basis based on written test (MCQ based). The candidates should report for the written test (MCQ based) on 29/11/2018 at 9.00 am in the Office of Medical Director, Dr. BSA Hospital, Sector –VI, Rohini, Delhi -110085 for verification of admission ticket along with original Id along with one photocopy of Id. (One of these: Aadhar card/ Election Id card/ passport. No other document will be taken as valid for identification purpose) No entry will be allowed after 10:00 am.

DETAILS:

1. Number of the posts is provisional and subject to change according to vacancies lying vacant or likely to be vacant without any notice. 2. Category wise panel of wait listed candidates will be prepared for filling up the posts of SR for vacancies likely to be created /arise in future. Waiting list prepared if any, will be valid till next interview or till six month from declaration of result whichever is earlier. 3. Seats will be reserved for differently able candidates as per prevailing Govt rules. 4. In unforeseen eventuality of holiday being declared on the stipulated dates, the schedule shall get shifted to next working day or as decided by Medical Director. 5. Candidate must bring all certificates/documents (BDS Degree, MDS Degree, class 10th certificate, state council certificate ,Aadhar Card) in Original and self attested copies also and 02 recent passport size photographs at the time of Written Test .The candidate should have valid State Dental Council registration certificate for MDS qualification at the time of interview. Candidate without valid registration need not apply. No receipt for registration for applied will be accepted in lieu of State Dental Council registration. 6. The decision of the Selection Board /Medical Director of BSA Hospital regarding selection will be final and binding and no representation will be entertained in this regard. 7. Appointment will be initially for a period of One Year extendable up to maximum of Three year on the basis of satisfactory Work & Conduct report from the concerned HOD and written request from the Doctor concerned. 8. The contract of appointment can be terminated by either party by giving a notice of one month without assigning any reason. However, No notice period will be given in the case termination of service is done on disciplinary ground. 9. If any declaration /information furnished by the candidates is found to be false or any material fact suppressed willfully, the candidature/appointment will be cancelled/terminated; due Administrative action/ legal action will be taken. Dental council of India/ State council will also be intimated for appropriate action. 10. No TA / DA shall be paid for participating in the written test / selection process.

Important instructions regarding filling of form/ written examination:-
1. The form can only be filled by clicking on the above mentioned link; the link will be valid from date of publication of this advt. 27/11/2018 up to 2 PM only. 2. Immediately after submitting application he will receive an auto generated mail. And within 3 working days the candidates should receive confirmatory mail from residentbsah@gmail.com. Instructions given in confirmatory mail should be followed. 3. In case the candidate(s) do not receive the email in 3 working days after submission of form He/ She should contact at residentbsah@gmail.com 4. Confirmatory mail will be containing prefilled application form based on data submitted by the candidate. Candidate is required to bring a printout of the same along with photocopy and original of mentioned ID in the application from (Aadhar card/ Election Id card/ passport) along with other requisite documents (X class certificate, BDS degree, MDS degree and Marksheet, State Dental council Registration certificate on the day of examination. 5. Written examination (MCQ based) will be held on 29 th Nov 2018. Candidates are required to report in MD office, Dr BSA Hospital between 9 to 10 am along with above mentioned documents, No entry will be allowed after 10:00 am. 6. The result of selected candidates will be displayed on hospital website and notice board. No individual communication will be sent. 7. All the shortlisted candidates will be required to get their documents verified in the hospital before joining. 8. The selected candidates are supposed to join within stipulated time (one week). 9. Suppression of information or wrong submission of information will be liable for appropriate administrative /legal action the same will also be intimated to respective State Dental council and DCI.
